Rated 5 out of 5 by Jirusama from Yoshi's Crafted World Yoshi's Crafted World is a beautiful and cute game with many fun mind-teasing puzzles and feats to accomplish! Really digging the multi layered universe and all it's fun characters and stage designs. Games like Snake Pass shows that even Cartoony Art Styles can be a challenge for the Unreal Engine 4 on Switch, however, polygon counts play a HUGE factor in Render times and with Yoshi’s Crafted World, I feel they could easily have it at 720p docked with no issues at all due to the lower polygon count and the aggressive FOV (Field of View). Apr 01, 2019 My Polygon colleagues were also split on whether it looked like foam or felt. Some even thought that Yoshi’s texture was neither, and looked more like velour, or velvet, or even, possibly, microsuede. The fuzzy felt texture distinguishes Yoshi and the other principal characters from the crafted world they inhabit.

Get crafty with Yoshi ina handicraft world

Jump into a new Yoshi adventure in a world made of everyday objects—like boxes and paper cups! As Yoshi, you’ll leap up high, gulp down enemies, and set out on a treasure hunt to find all the different collectables. On the flip side, stages can be played backwards, providing new perspectives to explore and new ways to locate some of the more craftily hidden items! this fabled artifact can grant the bearer their wildest dreams! But when the artifact’s gems are sent flying, it falls upon Yoshi and friends to find them. Luckily, saving the day can be cooperative and challenging. Pass a Joy-ConTM controller to a friend to team up as fellow Yoshis. Also, Mellow mode gives Yoshi wings for a breezier experience, which may come in handy! Finding all the flowers, coins, and Poochy Pups is no small feat! For extra protection, suit up in one of the handicraft costumes you can unlock in-game!
