Yoshi's Crafted World is a title in the Yoshi franchise, the sixth main platform game starring Yoshi, and the follow-up to the Wii U title Yoshi's Woolly World, released for the Nintendo Switch on March 29, 2019. It was developed by Good-Feel, the developer behind Yoshi's Woolly World and its Nintendo 3DS port Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World. Yoshi Crafted World – Dino smash Front side Bejeweled monument: Go past the second dinosaur skull without retrieving it and examine the background a little further to find the object. Cactus Rock 1: At the beginning of the level, recover the skull to destroy the rocks on the right and then put it back to its location. Mar 28, 2019 Yoshi's Crafted World is another successful main game Switch debut for one of Nintendo's favourite characters and is wonderfully accessible for every kind of gamer. Yoshi's Crafted World Characters
Yoshi
The hero of the game, Yoshi is a kind-hearted creature resembling a dinosaur. He is famous for being one of Mario's most trusted friends. Yoshi lives on Yoshi Island where his kind roam and play together. They are also known to protect the mysterious Sundream Stone, said to have the power to make wishes come true.
Poochy
Yoshi's lovable companion who accompanies him on the adventure. Yoshi must collect all three of Poochy's pups that are hidden in each level. They can be found by lilstening for their barking when close by.
Blockafeller Family
The Blockafeller Family consists of humanoid blocks that act as gatekeepers to each new area that Yoshi explores. They help Yoshi by giving him access to new challenges and objectives throughout his adventure.
Kamek and Baby Bowser
The wizard Kamek and Baby Bowser tried to steal the Sundream Stone in Yoshi Island but accidentally scattered its pieces throughout the papercraft world instead. Though failing in their original plan, Yoshi will definitely run into them as they race to recover the stones across the various worlds.
Yoshi's Crafted World Game Overview
Gameplay
Yoshi's Crafted World is a side-scrolling platform game featuring 3D characters in a 2.5D environment. The game brings back gameplay elements from previous Yoshi games, such as Yoshi's ability to eat enemies and objectives, transform them into eggs, and hurl them across the level.
Front Side and Flip Side View
A new mechanic found in the game is Yoshi's ability to interact with the foreground and background of each level. Players will also be able to flip the view of their game, switching between the outside and inside of the environment to collect hidden objects and see secret passages.

Single and Multiplayer Modes
Yoshi's Crafted World offers both single and duo modes. In multiplayer, two players can work together to complete each level and make boss fights easier. The various mini games can also be played with another player in either versus or co-op play.
Mini Games
Shooting the Mole
The first mini game revealed in the gameplay trailer showed players shooting a mole that may appear from one of three holes. Players will have to anticipate which hole the mole will come out in order to shoot it. It looks like the mole needs to be shot three times to be knocked out.
Racing Mini Game
The second mini game shown in the trailer appears to be a racing game where players must collect as many coins as they can while trying to be first to reach the end of the course.
Story
Yoshi's Crafted World's story begins in a papercraft version of Yoshi Island. While the Yoshis were at the topmost peak of the island, Kamek and Bowser Junior appeared and stole the Sundream Stone. This urged Yoshi to go on a quest to recover the stone and return it to the island.

Sanbo Flower
Egg-Plants[1] are flowers that are found in the Yoshi franchise. These flowers normally spit out normal Yoshi Eggs, and are very common and appear in almost every level in their respective games. They spit out Yoshi Eggs one at a time, but if a YoshiGround Pounds near one, the plant will either shoot out several at once or start shooting them out more quickly. The Yoshi can also lick the eggs to catch them. Since the Yoshi can only carry six eggs each, the Egg-Plant won't produce more eggs anymore until the Yoshi uses one of the Yoshi Eggs on something.
The Egg-Plant's name comes from the eggplant, a type of fruit. It also shares its name with a type of nightshade (hence the appearance).
Some Egg-Plants known as Sanbo Flowers will spit out Needlenoses, but as long as a Yoshi has six eggs, it can't spit any out. There are four of these plants in the Island Museum. They can be viewed in the botanical enemy exhibit.
An unused variaton that spits out Bubbles was intended to appear, but was removed for unknown reasons.[2] Like the Bull's-Eye Bill, it is fully functional.
An Egg-Plant appears in the Super Mario-Kun volume 14, where it helps Mario, Yoshi, and Luigi by providing eggs in their fight against Burt the Bashful.
In Yoshi's Woolly World and Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World, Egg-Plants are knitted, and in replacement for eggs, they shoot out Yarn Balls of multiple colors. Egg-Plants appear less frequently in the game, with only a few appearances, including the Bonus Game. Notably, the game does not feature the variation that spits out Needlenoses due to the fact that they were replaced by Pokey Poms.
